Detection of transient phenomena

For more complex or flexible, porous parts, the pressure may be more difficult or slower to stabilise after the part is filled, which may result in longer measurement cycle times or, by using shorter stabilisation times, higher leakage (pressure drop) than the actual leakage.
If the transient phenomena are systemic, i.e. can be considered constant, then ATEQ instruments can be trained with a good piece of equipment and can compensate for transient phenomena.
In this way, the cycle time can be reduced without any loss of accuracy.
Ask our colleagues for more information on how you can shorten your measurement cycle time!
