The He-490M provides a turnkey solution when the allowable leakage is so low that it can only be measured with Helium. The He490 is an automated mass spectrometer system that controls the entire measurement cycle, from the vacuuming of the component to the recovery of Helium gas.
The system is easy to maintain and simple to operate, and uses the most sensitive and accurate leak detection method in an industrial environment.
